Low Inventory. Still have some available.

I have had some comments that most of the products are sold out. This is correct. We have had quite the demand for all of our meats. We will be fully loaded with all cuts in June. Last year we sold out quickly for both whole and halves of the Pork, Chicken, Goat and Turkey. This year we are offering more up now. We have increased our offerings for 2024 (in some cases based on demand we are doubling the available animals). If you are interested in wholesale or halves, you will want to get your reservation in early.

By the cut sales begins in June both on line and at the farmer’s markets.
